Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to service standards
Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
Collaborate with the culinary team to create and innovate the menu offerings
Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Plan and coordinate special events ensuring high standards of execution
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in high volume operations over $15M annually
Extensive experience managing venues with high volume special events and catering as well as a la carte dining.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus
