We are searching for a people-first General Manager to lead a high-volume nationally recognized sandwich concept.

This role is for a leader who believes great results start with a great team. Were looking for a coach mentor and culture builder who can develop people set clear goals and create an environment where Team Members want to perform and grow.

What Youll Do

• Recruit train coach and develop a strong restaurant team
• Set clear goals and hold the team accountable for results
• Elevate service speed quality and overall performance
• Build a positive high-energy workplace culture
• Manage labor food costs scheduling inventory and daily operations
• Develop future leaders from within the team
• Build relationships and actively engage with the local community
• Lead from the floor and set the standard every day
