- Base salary starting at approximately $70000 per year based on qualifications and experience

What Youll Lead
As General Manager youll own your restaurants daily operations team development guest experience and financial performance.
- Build your team: Recruit hire train and coach managers and crew members. Set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
- Run great shifts: Manage staffing scheduling inventory and ordering while maintaining food quality cleanliness and safety.
- Deliver welcoming service: Lead by example resolve guest concerns and turn feedback into improvements.
- Drive results: Manage sales labor food costs and profitability.
- Grow the business: Support catering local marketing and community relationships.
