How youll contribute

ARespiratory Therapy Supervisorwho excels in this role:

• Supervise daily staff activities for an assigned area or functions.
• Determine coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provide direction orientation training coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Perform or assist with performance evaluation and disciplinary actions.
• Assess and endure quality of services delivered and facilitate staff development programs.
• Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies procedures and protocols.
• Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
• Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

What were looking for
Applicants should have an associates degree in respiratory therapy. Additional requirements include:

• Current CRT or RRT license in state of practice.

• BCLS required.

• ACLS preferred.

• PALS preferred.

• NRP preferred.
