• Pay Rate: $37.00$41.16 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 12-hour nights; 36 or 48 hours can be offered. Orientation: 7a7p then 7p7a for night shift; 7p7a RTs will need a few days of 7a7p for orientation.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

This is a travel/contract Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) position within a large respiratory care department that practices at the top of their license. Travelers would work med/surg and ICU step-down units possibly in the ED serving patient populations ranging from adolescents to geriatrics.

• Provide respiratory care across ER Adult ICU Med/Surg and ICU/Stepdown settings
• Perform airway management medication administration and vent management
• Conduct ABGs O2 therapy suction and pulmonary toileting
• Administer nebulizer BiPAP CPAP vest therapy meta-neb PAP therapy and heated high-flow treatments
• Fulfill on-call requirements as needed/workload dependent
• Float within the facility as needed (no floating to other facilities just within FMC)
• Complete 4 weekend shifts within a 6-week timeframe
• Operate and manage special equipment including Servo I Servo U Hamilton T1 ServoAir Night-time VPAP Omni-labs V30s and the ABL90 ABG machine
• Document and chart using EPIC

• NC License required
• RRT Credentials required
• NRP preferred
• Note: Unit will NOT accept CRT
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Experience in ER Adult ICU Med/Surg and ICU/Stepdown settings required

• Scheduling type: Per unit needs
• Ratios: 3545 patients per day (ppd)
• Call requirement: On-call required as needed/workload dependent
• Float requirement: No floating to other facilities; floating within FMC only
• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts within a 6-week timeframe
• Patient population: Adolescents to geriatrics
• Scrubs: Black
• Locals accepted

• RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly result in a contract cancellation and DNR (Do Not Rehire).
• RTO maximum: 7 days for Aya Auto Offer.
