About the Role

Some travelers know exactly where they want to go. Others just know they want sunshine a great beach and a break from everyday life.

As a Resort & Destination Specialist youll research resorts and destinations and help travelers narrow down the options that best fit their vacation style. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys comparing properties learning about destinations and discovering what makes one vacation experience different from another.

What Youll Do

• Research resorts and destinations in the U.S. and internationally
• Compare accommodations amenities locations and experiences
• Learn about all-inclusive resorts and popular leisure destinations
• Research activities excursions attractions and local experiences
• Organize vacation options based on traveler preferences
• Stay informed about seasonal travel considerations and promotions
• Complete destination and supplier education
• Communicate travel information clearly and professionally

What Were Looking For

• Interest in resorts destinations and leisure travel
• Strong online research skills
• Ability to compare details and identify meaningful differences
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly and professional communication style
• Comfortable learning new platforms and resources
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Travel industry experience is not required

Basic Requirements
