What Youll Do
- Perform residential electrical service calls repairs replacements and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems safely and efficiently.
- Inspect electrical components wiring panels outlets switches and fixtures.
- Ensure work meets applicable electrical codes safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Educate homeowners on electrical concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present service options and pricing clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
- Complete service invoices document work and process payments using company technology.
- Maintain a clean safe and professional work environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to help develop and strengthen our electrical service department.
- Represent Coopers with integrity professionalism and exceptional customer service.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in residential electrical service repairs and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems installation practices and safety standards.
- Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tablets mobile technology and service management software.
- Self-motivated dependable and able to work independently.
- Commitment to quality workmanship safety and professional growth.
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred; experienced apprentices are encouraged to apply.
