About the Role

Were seeking a Residential Program Manager who leads with compassion communicates with confidence and ensures high-quality person-centered care.

In this role youll oversee host home placements family caregivers and supported apartment servicessupporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in safe respectful and compliant environments.

This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced people-centered environment and can balance relationship-building with accountability and compliance.

What Youll Do

  • Oversee residential services and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations (HCPF CDPHE etc.)
  • Oversee daily operations of an 11-bed Assisted Living Facility
  • Supervise coach and support residential team members setting a positive and accountable team culture
  • Serve as a key point of contact for families providers case managers and external partners
  • Conduct unannounced home visits to ensure health safety and quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for audits court hearings and reviews
  • Support and retain residential providers through mentorship training and ongoing communication
  • Respond to emergencies and provide direct support as needed to ensure continuity of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support person-centered plans and client outcomes
  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with individual needs rights and safety standards
  • Hire train and manage team members within the program

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in human services case management or a related field
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in crisis situations
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications (CPR First Aid Medication Administration etc.)
