The Residential Manager ensures quality service delivery and outcomes in compliance with State and Federal Rules and Regulations as well as AbleLight Skills and Support policies and procedures. Identifies provides and documents technical assistance given to monitoring reports and addresses any concerns medical services and ensures documentation scheduling and monitoring for all aspects of medical reports both routine and compliance of funding mechanism connected with these medical 24/7 on-call availability for phone calls or as needed face-to-face support to maintain the health and safety of the clients. Able to respond to emergencies as all Service Plan and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and presents updates regarding events in the clients life. Consults with other members of the Life Skills and Support team and is prepared to present that information in these meetings or when information is maintains and monitors individual service support and behavior plans (ISSPs) based on ongoing assessments (e.g. Health and Safety Assessments and Daily Living Skills Assessment).On Call as assignedAll other duties assignedBLC123
