Job Summary
Tarantino Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Residential Leasing Agent to join our team in the Southwest Houston area.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships
We offer an attractive hourly pay commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person online and by phone
- Give apartment tours and highlight community features
- Process applications and lease paperwork
- Build relationships with current and future residents
- Help meet leasing and occupancy goals
- Support resident events and community engagement
- Previous leasing experience required
- Experience in RealPage / OneSite software required
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Friendly professional and confident communicator
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
