What Youll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Complete system inspections and identify potential performance or safety concerns.
• Clean test and adjust HVAC components to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Educate homeowners on system operation maintenance recommendations and indoor comfort solutions.
• Clearly communicate maintenance findings and recommended repairs.
• Document service calls inspection results and customer interactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment.
• Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.
• Represent the Legacy brand with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction.

Preferred

• HVAC maintenance or service experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Experience using mobile service software or dispatch platforms.
• Sales or customer-facing experience with presenting service recommendations.
