What Youll Do

• Connect with homeowners face-to-face throughout the Cincinnati area
• Introduce homeowners to renewable energy solutions and available options
• Build genuine rapport and communicate confidently with customers
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Work toward weekly activity and performance goals
• Participate in daily coaching team meetings and professional development
• Represent MPower Direct with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Work independently in the field while staying connected and accountable to your team

Qualifications

• Sales experience is welcome but it isnt required
• Experience in customer service recruiting hospitality athletics retail or other people-focused environments can be helpful
• Work ethic communication confidence and coachability matter more than previous job title
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
