Responsibilities:

• Respond to residential drain backups slow drains and emergency blockages with speed professionalism and clear problemsolving.

• Perform drain cleaning using cabling jetting and other mechanical or hydromechanical methods to restore proper flow.

• Accurately diagnose root intrusions collapsed lines grease buildup foreign obstructions and other drainrelated problems.

• Conduct sewer camera inspections to identify line condition locate breaks and verify proper drainage.

• Educate homeowners on drain system care preventive maintenance repair options and longterm solutions.

• Present clear repair cleaning or replacement options and confidently close service calls with transparency and professionalism.

• Perform minor drain repairs cleanouts and component replacements as needed to restore system functionality.

• Communicate effectively with homeowners to ensure understanding trust and a positive service experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential drain work or service plumbing experience
• ServiceTitan experience - strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing and drain systems
• Excellent Customer Service & communication skills .

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from 50k-100k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as training transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
