Residential Bags on Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site
• Manage the project schedule
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors contractors architects engineers city and county officials and clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5 years of previous experience in construction
• Experience as a bags on supervisor
• Experience as a carpenter
• Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes

Job Site Locations: Seattle WA

Schedule:Monday-Friday

• Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
• End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
