What Youll Do:

As a Resident Care Coordinator youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

  • Leading and overseeing a team of caregivers ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations and company policies.
  • Developing and implementing bi-weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage efficiency and minimal overtime.
  • Serving as a shift lead and on-call contact on a rotating basis effectively identifying investigating and resolving operational issues.
  • Identifying staffing needs and assisting with the recruiting and selection process to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Providing direct resident care including assistance with daily activities medication administration and maintaining accurate resident records and charts.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2 years of experience as a certified caregiver and 2 years of experience as a medication aide in a senior living or related industry.
  • 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Must hold state-required caregiver (CNA) and medication aide (CMA) certifications with an acceptable record.
  • The ability to assist residents with limited mobility lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups navigate challenging situations and make sound decisions.
  • Strong technical skills (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain confidential and privileged information (including HIPAA residents and associates).
