As a Resident Assistant/Med Manager you will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents families and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• Manage and administer medication according to residents care schedules.

Open Shifts Available:

• Day shift 6:00a-2:30p - Full time
• Evening shift 2:00p-10:30p - Full time

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to pass medication *State of Iowa requirement
• Compassionate dependable and motivated to serve others
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred
