As a Reservations Representative you will be responsible for assisting guests with their hotel reservations and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing exceptional customer service we would love to hear from you!

Schedule:Monday through Friday 12:30pm-9pm (weekend availability required based on business need)

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with making hotel reservations
• Provide information about hotel amenities room types rates and availability
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently in the reservation system
• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies procedures and services
• Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests
• Perform night audit duties as needed

Experience and Skills:

• 1 year of call center experience
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software
• Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
• Familiarity with hospitality management and hotel operations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
