What You Will Do:

• Leads data strategy analytics and AI/ML efforts ensuring solutions are scalable secure and aligned with research and operational goals.

• Defines data architecture and pipeline strategy integrating diverse datasets and supporting high-throughput data processing.

• Oversees development of AI/ML models and analytics tools including rapid prototyping and implementation of responsible AI practices.

• Transitions prototypes into production-ready solutions coordinating with platform infrastructure and security teams.

• Establishes data governance quality assurance and reproducibility standards ensuring documentation and compliance.

• Advises stakeholders on data and AI opportunities and mentors technical teams to build capability and innovation.

What You Will Need:

• Masters degree in data science bioinformatics computer science or related field

• 8 years delivering data or AI solutions.

• Experience with large-scale data systems cloud-based analytics and biomedical or scientific datasets.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and implement enterprise data architectures and ML operations.

• Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of data security and privacy frameworks.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD public trust; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred
