Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on current marketing trends competitor activities and industry best practices to inform marketing strategies and proposal development.
- Analyze and summarize data from a variety of sources including market reports government databases and industry publications.
- Assistin the preparation of government proposals by gathering relevant information ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and supporting documentwritingdevelopmentand review processes.
- Monitor government procurement portals for new opportunities and updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and proposal team members to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into deliverables.
- Maintain organized records of research materials and proposal documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in researching marketing trends preferably within a government contracting environment.
- Familiarity with the government proposal process including RFP/RFI analysis and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical organizational and written communication skills.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite AI and online research tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
