Job Summary
Job Title:Reporting SME
Location: Washington D.C(Hybrid or remote work model subject to customer direction)
Project Duration: 10 12 months.
Need to have or obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust / MBI
Role Summary
The Reporting SME will support operational reporting analytics dashboarding and program metrics associated with IVR migration and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational and project reporting
- Support KPI tracking and dashboard development
- Analyze migration QA and operational metrics
- Support executive and customer reporting requirements
- Coordinate reporting data across multiple workstreams
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with operational reporting and analytics
- Strong Excel Power BI or reporting platform experience
- Experience supporting enterprise programs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contact center reporting environments
- Experience supporting public sector programs
