SummaryThe Repair & Shop Supervisor serves as an ambassador for the Company and is responsible for maintaining flow and objectives of the service department. This person will answer service calls emails and schedule repair work. Involves working with other coordinators and the Shop Manager to ensure efficiency and accuracy and maintain repair customer calls and customer issues and inquiries in a timely mannerCreating estimates for equipment repairsOrder repair materials as required depending on scope and need of each jobFollowing up on repair part orders to ensure timely service to customersFollow up with Sales on customer approvals for any needed repairsSupervises a group of shop employees and oversees their day-to-day activities to ensure efficient repair other duties as assigned by problem-solving be detail to maintain composure in a fast-paced Customer service and consultative to work with a team work background is a verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to clearly communicate with organizational time management skills with proven ability to meet with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related attitude and desire to grow an existing sales & service Environment This job operates primarily in an office environment on the company site with some interaction with a warehouse/shipping DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This will also require the ability to lift up to 50 Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday hours as needed. Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED2 years in mechanical environment.
