Maintenance Supervisor

Pay:  $46-$48/hr (based on experience)  year-end bonus 

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30am-5:30pm (schedule can vary) 

Location: Douglassville PA

Responsibilities:   

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities including preventive maintenance corrective maintenance and emergency repairs across all shifts.

• Repair install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans which involves working at heights climbing ladders and using mobile equipment (cranes forklift scissor lift etc.). 

• Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations. 

• Train multi-craft maintenance technicians ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. 

• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring equipment and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters voltmeters and oscilloscopes. 

• Lead breakdown response and troubleshooting efforts and prioritize critical repairs to minimize downtime. 

• Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software to identify faults monitor inputs/outputs and support production troubleshooting. 

• Support welding fabrication and equipment modifications as needed. 

• Identify and upgrade electrical components (VFDs I/O cards PLCs etc.) to ensure proper inventory of spare parts are readily available. 

• Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IOs OLs contactors relays break resisters and various other electrical components.  

• Manage and oversee outside contractors vendors and service providers performing work onsite. 

• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures in WO system.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience  

• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience  

• Proven experience leading teams in both electrical and mechanical systems.   

• Experience troubleshooting/set up of VFD drives; SEW drives Siemen Lenze & Allen Bradley 

• Experience in concrete foundries aggregates mining or other heavy industrial manufacturing operations (preferred) 

• Industrial electrical experience in PLCs and plant automation. 

• Ability to support multiple shifts 

• Experienced in heavy industrial mechanical repairs; rigging welding & fabrication (preferred)  

• Experience with Microsoft Office CMMS & ERP systems 

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
