Reporting to the Director of Service Operations the Rental Coordinator will support our Sales Support & Administration team. The ideal candidate is the subject-matter expert for the rental order-management process working autonomously within established procedures to coordinate rental and equipment-purchase orders from intake through fulfillment. Serving as the primary point of integration between sales and rental operations the Rental Coordinator resolves non-standard order issues exercises discretion to improve order-management processes and acts as an informal resource and guide to less-experienced coordinators and cross-functional partners.
This is an onsite role in our Ott service facility in Loveland CO.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday Day Shift. Overtime may be required.
In this role a typical day will look like:
- Provide outstanding and timely service to our customers
- Clarify complex or incomplete order requirements for Equipment purchases and Rentals
- Review orders for completeness and proactively identify gaps and coordinate resolution with the appropriate Inside Sales Representative
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales and rental operations
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on the rental management software CRM and ERP systems and act as an informal resource and point of guidance for less-experienced coordinators
- Update all order and customer information in the CRM system based on work completed
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or related coursework preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in order entry or similar role required including demonstrated proficiency in data-entry across CRM and ERP systems.
It would be an asset if you have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment to resolve non-standard problems with limited supervision.
- Proven ability to act as a resource to others providing informal guidance or training to less experienced colleagues.
- Specialized or multi-skilled proficiency across a range of order-management processes procedures and systems.
- Experience serving as a system or process subject-matter expert (e.g. rental management software CRM or ERP).
- Excellent team skills and ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and communications

- This role is on-site 5 days per week in a collaborative environment working with cross-functional teams in person and over the internet.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $26.50 - $31.25 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
