Job Overview - How youll Contribute:
Do you love cars and have a passion for driving Join our growing Service Department at HH Chevy as a Service Support Specialist working in various aspects of automotive Service Support and Customer this cross-functional role you will assist in a variety of areas within the Service Department with opportunities for growth. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn about dealership a State-of-the-Art facility!
- Ensure all Customers are greeted promptly and professionally.
- Ensure rental and loaner vehicles are clean fueled and ready for customer use.
- Verify customer documentation vehicle condition fuel levels and mileage before and after rental use.
- Direct Customers to the appropriate Associate for their needs.
- Maintain the flow of drive to keep it as clear as possible.
- Assist with retrieving Customer vehicles as needed to provide an outstanding Customer experience.
- Coordinate rental vehicle availability with service advisors and technicians to support customer transportation needs.
- Assist with other service department duties and special projects as needed.
Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm with a rotating Saturday 8 am - 1 pm.
Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to confidently operate automatic electric hybrid and manual vehicles is preferred.
- Perform bending pushing climbing leaning twisting reaching kneeling crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
- Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Desire to grow learn and advance within the company.
