This remote opportunity combines travel research customer service organization and relationship building. Youll work with clients to understand what theyre looking for and help identify vacation options that fit their preferences travel style and budget.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing resources are available.

• Compare available options and make personalized recommendations
• Coordinate reservations and important trip details
• Communicate confirmations requirements and next steps
• Assist with questions and changes throughout the planning process
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up
• Participate in destination and supplier training
• Develop relationships with repeat and referral clients
