Job Summary
We are seeking dependable organized individuals who enjoy helping people and keeping important details on track.
In this position you will support clients through communication scheduling coordination and follow-up. The role is designed for someone who is comfortable working independently managing multiple responsibilities and creating a smooth experience through clear communication and consistent organization.
No previous industry experience is required. Training resources and ongoing support are provided.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with clients about needs preferences and next steps
- Coordinating schedules appointments confirmations and related details
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Following up on pending requests and outstanding information
- Providing clear updates throughout the client process
- Assisting with changes adjustments or special requests
- Researching information when needed
- Helping keep each client experience organized from beginning to completion
A strong candidate will be:
