• Building and organizing itineraries and reservation information
• Reviewing booking details for accuracy
• Communicating with clients throughout the planning process
• Assisting with itinerary adjustments and travel updates
• Learning about destinations travel requirements and available experiences
• Keeping client and trip information organized
• Becoming familiar with travel-planning tools systems and resources
