Were looking for organized client-focused individuals to help travelers research options build trip plans and coordinate important travel details from home.

As a Remote Travel Planning Specialist youll assist with destination research accommodations transportation activities reservations and itinerary organization while helping clients stay informed throughout the planning process.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Learn client preferences dates and priorities
• Research destinations and available options
• Compare accommodations transportation and activities
• Assist with reservations and confirmations
• Organize itinerary and scheduling details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client information

Experience in customer service hospitality reservations scheduling planning or client support can be helpful but it is not required.
