Job Summary

Join a remote team focused on helping clients make their vacation ideas a reality. We are looking for Remote Travel Advisors who are enthusiastic about travel comfortable working with people and ready to develop their skills in client planning and coordination.

You do not need to be an experienced travel professional to get started. We provide training and resources designed to help you learn how to research destinations work with travel suppliers coordinate reservations and provide professional client support.

Your role begins by getting to know the client. You will learn what type of experience they want what matters most to them and what they are comfortable spending. From there you will research appropriate options and help coordinate the details of their trip.

Your Role

As a Travel Advisor you may assist clients with:

  • Destination research and vacation planning
  • Hotels resorts and vacation packages
  • Ocean and river cruises
  • Domestic and international travel
  • Tours excursions and activities
  • Transportation and transfer arrangements
  • Special occasions and group travel
  • Customized itineraries and travel information

You will also be responsible for communicating with clients maintaining organized records reviewing reservation details tracking important dates and providing follow-up throughout the planning process.

Previous experience in customer service hospitality retail administration sales event planning or similar fields can be helpful but prior travel experience is not required.
