In this role you will help clients plan and coordinate memorable travel experiences while providing exceptional service throughout the entire planning process. Working remotely youll assist travelers by researching destinations organizing customized itineraries coordinating reservations and offering knowledgeable recommendations based on their travel goals and preferences.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences schedules and budgets.
• Research destinations resorts cruises vacation packages transportation and activities.
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations cruises tours and other travel services.
• Prepare customized itineraries tailored to each clients needs and preferences.
• Communicate with clients by phone email and online platforms to provide updates and answer questions.
• Assist with reservation changes itinerary modifications and travel-related requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and booking details.
• Stay informed on destination updates supplier promotions and travel industry trends.
• Provide professional customer support before during and after each clients travel experience.

• Previous customer service hospitality sales retail or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable using online technology and learning new reservation systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for travel and creating positive customer experiences.
• Willingness to complete company-provided training and participate in ongoing professional development.
