Remote Travel Advisor

Do you enjoy researching destinations discovering new experiences and helping others make plans they can look forward to We are expanding our remote team and looking for Remote Travel Advisors who are ready to learn work independently and provide personalized service to clients.

In this role you will help clients navigate the travel planning process from their first ideas through their final arrangements. You will gather information about what they want from their experience research appropriate options answer questions coordinate bookings and keep important details organized.

Travel requests can vary widely and may include cruises resorts weekend getaways international vacations honeymoons family trips group experiences tours and more. Advisors have the opportunity to develop knowledge in the destinations and types of travel that interest them while building relationships with their own clients.

No previous travel-industry experience is necessary. Training and ongoing educational resources are available to help you learn the systems suppliers destinations and processes needed to get started.

• Work directly with clients to identify their travel goals preferences interests and budgets
• Research and compare destinations resorts cruises packages transportation tours and activities
• Recommend options based on each clients individual needs
• Assist with reservations and coordinate multiple components of a trip
• Review booking details and confirmations for accuracy
• Prepare organized travel information and itineraries for clients
• Communicate important updates deadlines and requirements
• Respond to questions and provide support throughout the planning process
• Maintain organized client records using online platforms
• Follow up with clients before and after travel
• Develop lasting client relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Continue learning about destinations suppliers promotions and travel trends
