Remote Flexible Scheduling Training Provided

As a Remote Travel Advisor your role is to help clients move from I have an idea to a clear organized travel plan that fits what theyre actually looking for.

Youll spend time learning about each clients preferences researching suitable options explaining choices clearly and helping coordinate the details that bring the trip together.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training tools and ongoing support are provided.

You may work with clients who need help choosing between destinations comparing resorts reviewing transportation options planning activities or organizing multiple parts of a trip into one smooth experience.

The goal is to make the planning process easier clearer and more personalized.

• Learning about a clients goals preferences dates and priorities
• Researching destinations accommodations and experiences
• Comparing options based on budget and client needs
• Explaining differences between available choices
• Assisting with reservations and confirmations
• Organizing transportation activities and itinerary details
• Following up with clients as decisions are made
• Updating plans when details change
• Keeping client information and trip records organized
• Helping clients understand what happens next

But previous industry experience is not required.

This position is completed remotely and offers flexibility in how you organize your schedule.

Youll be responsible for managing your own workflow staying responsive to client needs and keeping up with follow-up and planning tasks.
