Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Transaction Processing Assistant to join our remote operations team. This entry-level position supports the accurate processing review and documentation of routine business transactions and service requests.
The Transaction Processing Assistant will review submitted information update transaction records verify supporting documentation maintain processing logs and ensure requests are completed according to established company procedures.
This position does not require advanced financial or accounting knowledge. It is primarily an administrative processing role designed for candidates who are comfortable working with computers following structured procedures and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Previous professional experience is not required. Training will be provided to qualified candidates.
Review incoming transaction requests and supporting documentation.
Process routine orders account updates service requests or other assigned business transactions.

You may review an electronic request verify that required documentation is included compare the information against existing records and update the appropriate company system.
Once the information has been verified you may process the request and update its status.
If information is incomplete or does not match existing records you will document the discrepancy and route the request for further review.
Throughout the day you may also update tracking spreadsheets organize supporting documents review previously completed transactions and communicate with team members regarding processing questions.
