This is a remote desk-based recruiting position where your day revolves around engaging with individuals who have already shown interest. We provide pre-screened inbound leads and application inquiries so you never have to dial a stranger or perform telemarketing tasks. Instead you focus on what you do best: connecting with candidates understanding their goals and guiding them through a streamlined process.

• Conduct phone-based screening conversations with warm inbound applicants to assess fit and interest.
• Manage candidate progress using our straightforward CRM system keeping records organized and up to date.
• Walk selected candidates through our remote onboarding steps ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
• Operate independently from your home office in the Cartersville area with full flexibility to set your own schedule.

• A reliable computer smartphone and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to operate as a legitimate business entity (LLC with an EIN). If you do not have one yet we provide step-by-step filing guidance during training at no cost to you.
• Comfort with phone conversations and basic computer software. No prior trucking industry experience is required.

We are a corporate support team not a fleet operator. This role is entirely about talent acquisition and candidate relationship management. Your weekly earnings of $1000 to $2000 are paid out on a 1099 basis giving you the freedom of independent contracting while still working within a structured supportive system.
