SelecSource is seeking a motivated results-driven Remote Staffing Coordinator to join our growing this role youll recruit onboard and support employees while partnering with clients to meet their staffing needs. • Source recruit screen and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical positions
• Manage the onboarding process including new hire paperwork E-Verify and virtual orientations
• Fill open positions quickly while maintaining quality hiring standards
• Maintain accurate applicant and employee records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years of staffing recruiting talent acquisition or high-volume hiring experience preferred
• Previous experience working remotely is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ATS and virtual communication platforms
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office/workspace
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
