Remote Pledge Drive Specialists and Donation Processors

Independent Contractor $13$15 Per Hour Inbound Calls Only

We are accepting applications from experienced customer-service professionals to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns as remote Donation Processors or Pledge Drive Specialists.

This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity for dependable individuals who can manage their schedules follow procedures maintain accuracy and meet performance expectations.

All donor interactions are strictly inbound.

You will not:

• Make outbound calls
  
• Cold-call or contact prospects
  
• Solicit donations
  
• Generate leads
  
• Sell products or services
  

Donors call voluntarily in response to active nonprofit campaigns. Your role begins when they call to make a donation or pledge.

• Answer inbound donor calls professionally
  
• Follow approved scripts and procedures
  
• Accurately record donation and pledge information
  
• Confirm donor and transaction details
  
• Navigate required computer systems during calls
  
• Protect confidential information
  
• Follow quality and compliance standards
  
• Be on time for accepted servicing intervals
  
• Meet campaign performance expectations
  

Applicants must have:

• High school diploma or GED
  
• At least 6 months of remote customer-service experience or 1 year of onsite customer-service experience
  
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
  
• Accurate typing and data-entry skills
  
• Ability to listen speak and navigate systems simultaneously
  
• Dependability and personal accountability
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Quiet dedicated workspace
  

Required:

• Windows 11 desktop or laptop
  
• Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended
  
• Noise-canceling USB headset
  
• Reliable wired high-speed internet
  
• Direct Ethernet connection
  

Dual monitors are recommended.

MacBooks Chromebooks tablets Wi-Fi-only connections and shared or distraction-filled workspaces are not permitted.
