Remote Litigation Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation

Pay: $130000.00 - $200000.00 per year

Job Description

• Help shape litigation strategy and move civil disputes toward resolution.
• Prepare pleadings motions discovery and legal research.
• Handle matters involving community associations property disputes and contracts.
• Support settlement efforts and prepare matters for hearings or trial as needed.
• Keep clients informed and participate in occasional evening meetings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license and residence in California.
• Strong legal writing research organization and client communication skills.
• Availability for occasional evening meetings.
• HOA or community association litigation experience is preferred; trial experience is a strong plus.
