Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and software.
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software components.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
- Assist users with technology-related issues and provide training when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Security are a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing services like AWS or Azure.
