Remote Guest Experience & Reservations Specialist

Your work may include vacations cruises hotels and resorts entertainment attractions special occasions and other leisure experiences. Prior industry experience isnt necessary; training and resources are provided.

• Connecting with clients to learn what theyre looking for
• Researching accommodations destinations activities and available experiences
• Comparing options based on preferences and budgets
• Coordinating reservations and confirming important details
• Answering client questions and providing helpful recommendations
• Following up before scheduled experiences or departures
• Assisting clients when plans or needs change
• Keeping client communications and details organized
• Continuing your education through supplier and industry training
