Remote Experience Planning Coordinator

As an Experience Planning Coordinator youll work with clients to understand what theyre looking for and help research and coordinate options based on their interests preferences and budget. Client needs may include vacations accommodations cruises resorts entertainment attractions special events and other leisure experiences.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training mentorship and resources are available to help you develop your knowledge.

What You May Work On

• Connect with clients to learn about their plans interests and priorities
• Research and compare destinations accommodations activities and experiences
• Provide options based on individual client needs
• Coordinate reservations and important planning details
• Communicate confirmations deadlines and updates
• Answer questions and provide ongoing client support
• Research additional activities or experiences that may enhance a clients plans
• Maintain organized client information and follow-up
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
