Remote Experience Coordinator

We are looking for organized motivated individuals to join our remote team as a Remote Experience Coordinator. This opportunity combines client service research planning communication and organization and is well suited for someone who enjoys helping others while working independently.

As a Remote Experience Coordinator you will work with clients to understand what they are looking for including their preferences interests budgets and specific needs. You will research available options and help clients compare choices so they can make informed decisions. Depending on the clients request this may include researching destinations resorts hotels cruises transportation activities excursions vacation packages and other experiences.

You will assist clients throughout the planning process by organizing information coordinating reservations maintaining accurate records answering questions and providing timely follow-up. You may also communicate with suppliers and use online systems and resources to research availability and gather information.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided. Candidates should be willing to complete required training learn new systems and continue developing their knowledge as they gain experience.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable detail-oriented professional and comfortable communicating with different types of people. Successful candidates should be able to manage their time effectively follow instructions stay organized and work independently without constant supervision.

Reliable internet access and basic computer skills are required. Experience in customer service hospitality sales administration or planning can be helpful but is not necessary.
