Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Input and maintain precise records for customer orders product specifications and client details within internal databases.
- Manage the entry of pricing structures stock quantities and supplier information as business needs arise.
- Conduct rigorous reviews of data sets to identify and rectify errors duplicates or inconsistencies.
- Digitize physical and scanned materials including paper forms and PDFs for seamless integration into digital archives.
- Systematically organize and curate digital file structures and spreadsheet inventories.
- Verify all data entries against original source documents such as invoices and proofs to guarantee fidelity.
- Adhere to strict timelines for both scheduled batch processing and continuous daily or weekly data tasks.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with management regarding project status inquiries or identified discrepancies.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all sensitive customer and corporate data.
- Demonstrated professional background in data entry administrative assistance or a comparable capacity.
- Proven high-speed typing capabilities coupled with superior accuracy; candidates may be required to complete a typing assessment.
- Keen attention to detail with a strong aptitude for error detection and correction.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) with additional familiarity in CRM or database platforms being advantageous.
- Ability to execute tasks independently and consistently meet deadlines without constant oversight.

- Effective written communication skills to facilitate clear status reporting and professional correspondence.

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat Provide accurate information about products pricing turnaround times and order status Assist customers with file uploads artwork proofs and print specification questions Troubleshoot order issues (delays errors reprints) and coordinate resolutions with production and shipping teams Process order changes cancellations and returns per company policy Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/helpdesk system Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor Meet or exceed response-time and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets Identify recurring customer pain points and share feedback with management Stay current on product catalog pricing updates and promotions Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree a plus) 1 years of customer service experience preferably in email/chat support Excellent written English communication skills clear friendly and professional Strong typing speed and accuracy Ability to multitask across several concurrent chat conversations Comfortable using helpdesk/CRM software (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk Gorgias) and internal order systems Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet distraction-free home workspace Self-motivated with strong time-management skills in a remote setting
