As a Remote Customer Success Manager at 111 Sign you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Manage and nurture client accounts serving as the main point of contact for all customer-related inquiries and issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services meeting and surpassing customer expectations.

• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate client records and track interactions.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
• Experience working in a remote or virtual setting managing client relationships effectively from a distance.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer retention and promoting customer loyalty.

• Salary Range: $35000 - $55000 per year
