Depending on the client program selected responsibilities may include:
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Assisting customers with questions and account needs
- Processing requests or transactions
- Scheduling or reservation assistance
- Providing roadside or service coordination
- Processing nonprofit donations and pledges
- Documenting customer interactions
- Navigating multiple computer systems
- Delivering professional and solution-focused customer support
Applicants should have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and typing proficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple applications

- Ability to work independently

A compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be required before servicing depending on the selected program.

Required Skills:
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferably call center related * Moderate level of computer knowledge * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Must be self-directed and self-motivated * Strong listening skills * Accuracy * Efficiency * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Requirements Active Phone line (mobile or landline) Mobile Device capable of downloading applications CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent) Resolution of 1280 x 720 (720p) or greater Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher
