Remote Customer Experience Specialist

Position Overview

We are recruiting motivated customer-focused individuals for remote opportunities supporting clients with vacation planning reservations and travel-related services.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone with a background in customer service hospitality retail administrative support or other people-focused work who is interested in transitioning those skills into the travel industry.

Responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with clients by phone email and online platforms
• Learning about client preferences budgets and travel needs
• Researching accommodations cruises resorts transportation and activities
• Assisting clients with reservation details
• Answering questions and providing ongoing customer support
• Maintaining organized client and booking information
• Following up with clients throughout the planning process
• Completing ongoing supplier and destination training

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training resources and mentorship are available.
