Remote Cruise & Resort Experience Coordinator

From choosing the right cruise ship to finding a resort that checks all the boxes sometimes the biggest challenge for travelers is simply figuring out which option is right for them.

As a Cruise & Resort Experience Coordinator youll help clients navigate those choices.

Youll learn about cruise lines ships resorts destinations accommodations and onboard or on-property experiences while helping clients research and coordinate their vacations.

Client requests will vary but your work may involve:

• Learning about a travelers vacation preferences and priorities
• Researching cruise itineraries ships resorts and destinations
• Comparing accommodations and available vacation options
• Helping clients understand differences between properties or experiences
• Coordinating reservations and vacation components
• Researching excursions activities and additional experiences
• Providing reminders and important travel information
• Following up before departure
• Supporting clients when questions or changes arise

Previous industry experience isnt required.

Youll have opportunities to complete training from cruise lines resorts destinations and other travel suppliers while developing your knowledge over time.

Were looking for people who are curious dependable detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with clients.

A background in hospitality customer service sales education events or administrative support can be especially helpful.

This remote role offers flexible scheduling ongoing mentorship professional development and access to travel-industry training and resources.

Its particularly well suited for someone who enjoys learning the differences between products and then helping another person figure out which one fits them best.
