Note: Qualified candidates must have 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience involving commercial leasing acquisitions or sales and dispositions. Active U.S. bar admission is required with DC Maryland or Virginia admission preferred.

• Manage commercial real estate transactions involving leasing acquisitions and property sales.
• Draft review and negotiate commercial leases purchase and sale agreements and related legal documents.
• Guide clients through due diligence title review contract negotiations and closings.
• Advise property owners investors and businesses on transactional legal matters.
• Independently manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing.
• Collaborate with clients and other professionals to deliver practical efficient legal solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and sound legal judgment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience in commercial leasing real estate acquisitions or dispositions.
• Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong contract drafting negotiation and transaction management skills.
• Ability to independently handle commercial real estate matters.
• DC Maryland or Virginia Bar admission preferred.
• Law firm in-house and solo practitioner backgrounds welcome.
