Customer Service Representative

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is essential in supporting the operations of a $1.5M book of business primarily focused on construction accounts. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations/Account Manager the CSR will handle a variety of tasks including certificates invoices and data entry.

• Salary Range: $50000 - $60000 annually

• Process certificates invoices and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the Account Manager in quoting new business and renewals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
