Job Summary

We are looking for a highly responsive detail-oriented and client-focused Remote Chat & Email Support Representative to join our growing real estate this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for buyers sellers renters and agents reaching out through live chat and email channels. Youll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while supporting our agents and internal teams behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client inquiries via live chat and email
  • Answer questions related to property listings availability pricing open houses and appointments
  • Qualify and route leads to the appropriate agent or department
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
  • Schedule property showings virtual tours and consultations on behalf of agents
  • Update and maintain client records in the CRM system
  • Log all chat and email interactions accurately for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Assist with drafting templated responses email campaigns and client communications
  • Provide general information about the buying selling and renting process
  • Assist clients in completing online forms applications or document submissions
  • Coordinate with agents and transaction coordinators on active deals
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries on listing platforms
  • Escalate complex client issues to senior staff or agents when necessary
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
  • Meet or exceed response time satisfaction and resolution targets (KPIs)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
  • 13 years of customer service chat support or administrative experience
  • Experience in real estate property management or mortgage industry is a strong plus
  • Excellent written communication skills clear professional and typo-free
  • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations and email threads simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM tools
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if needed
