Were hiring Remote Booking Specialists to help clients research options organize reservation details and keep plans moving smoothly from inquiry through confirmation.

This role combines client communication research organization and booking support. Youll work with different requests throughout the day so being dependable responsive and comfortable managing details is important.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

You may be responsible for:

• Learning what a client needs before researching options
• Reviewing availability and comparing suitable choices
• Assisting with booking and confirmation details
• Organizing dates schedules and client preferences
• Keeping clients updated as requests move forward
• Handling routine changes or adjustments
• Tracking outstanding details and follow-up
• Keeping client information accurate and organized

Depending on the request you may also work with accommodations transportation activities or other planning details.

Customer service hospitality reservations scheduling administrative or client-facing experience can be helpful but it is not required.

The position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling.

Youll have access to structured training digital tools ongoing resources and continued support as you become familiar with the booking and client-service process.
